Communication is important when we are working on events. At this session through guided discussion and experiential learning we will highlight the importance of building skills and knowledge around giving and receiving feedback. By the end of this session participants will be able to articulate the importance of focusing on giving and receiving feedback, utilize a framework when prepping for and delivering feedback, and incorporate the six key components to receiving feedback into upcoming feedback sessions and learn how to apply them to events.
