This Sabbath

22 September 2018

Sabbath School

The Sabbath School team will be focusing on the history of the local church.

Divine Service

Our Divine Service this week features Elder, Grant Lottering.

Next Sabbath
29 September 2018
Holy Communion Service

We will celebrate the ordinances of Humility and Communion. This service represents God’s ultimate act of self-sacrifice, enabling Him to offer us the greatest forgiveness possible, the forgiveness of our sins.

As we prepare for this sacred service, search your hearts and see if there are areas that need to be reconciled to God’s will or if we need to be reconciled to one another. There is never a better time to consider these matters then when in the shadow of the cross, God’s greatest act of forgiveness.

Membership Matters
Your membership at Bellville Adventist Church matters to us. As an ongoing effort, we need to ensure that our Church Membership Records are up to date and accurate. We will soon introduce an application [linked to the Adventist Church Management System (ACMS)] that can be downloaded from your mobile app store to make it easier for you to update your details. Watch this space!

For further inquiries, please speak to the Church Clerks, Varina Coetzee or Abigail Schereka-Dreyer.
Join us on Sunday 30 September 2018 from 8am to 12pm, spring cleaning the inside and outside of our church. We need YOU to be onboard and to bring along your own cleaning utensils. Snacks/Breakfast will be provided. In order for us to prepare enough food, we need you to let us know that you will be there. Truth Apparel

Tell the World is an inspiring production about the Seventh-day Adventist Movement. This hollywood style film was launched globally on 22 October 2016.

It was on 22 October 1844 that many who were a part of the Advent Movement were greatly disappointed when Christ did not return as they had predicted.

Based on true events, Tell The World shares the compelling story of a small group of farmers from the northeast region of the United States. They set the foundation of an organization that has been at the forefront of issues such as health, education, communication and Biblical interpretation.

We encourage anyone who has not yet seen the film to view it as soon as they can, with the hope that the film will inspire us to do more research on the history of our church and to share it with our children, so that they will have a better understanding and even greater appreciation for our past as well as our future.

Official Trailer of the Tell The World Movie
The Seventh-day Adventist Church has always existed to reach every human being in the world. We believe that God really loves our world and has called us to reach the world for Him.

Our Mission is very clear. The mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is to call all people to become disciples of Jesus Christ, to proclaim the everlasting gospel embraced by the three angels’ messages (Revelation 14:6-12), and to prepare the world for Christ’s soon return.

The global strategy of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is to reach the world by pursuing 21 objectives grouped into three drives:

REACH UP TO GOD  |  REACH IN WITH GOD  |  REACH OUT WITH GOD

Learn more about how the church plans to do this globally.
