NO ADMITTANCE TO THE SALE THRU THE FRONT HILLCREST (Rutan St) DOOR! You will be turned away. Just pretend it's like a speakeasy - use the Oakland Street side entrance - the password is Stubbs Estates. The side door is between Rutan and Hillside on that cute, curvy street - Oakland. We will have our own door person letting folks in throughout the sale hours.
Oakland is one-side-of-the-street-only parking.
PLENTY OF STREET PARKING so please do not fill up the local small businesses' parking lots. Not fair to them. Please be respectful like you always are.
No advance sales, phone sales or price quotes. Just come!
