Sports Academy Freshers Fair


Last week, Sports Academy hosted their Freshers Fair and saw lots of students signing up to clubs, activities and team trials. 

Sports on offer include: archery, athletics, badminton, basketball, cricket, disability sports, football, netball, non-contact boxing, roller skating, rowing (indoor & on water), rugby, self defence, skateboarding, slacklining, swimming, table tennis, tennis, trampolining and volleyball.  

If you missed the chance to sign up or would like more information, please speak to a member of the Sports Academy team.

Are you ready to find out what Mandeep's favourite football team is? How many girlfriends he's had?  Or even his thoughts on the legalisation of Marijuana in the US? 

Mandeep has put pen to paper and given his open and honest answers to the genuine, ridiculous and weird. 

Be prepared for spelling, punctuation and grammar corrections.  You're not going to get away with it that easily - he is your Principal after all!

  • Aimed at first year vocational and A-level students
  • Highly academic but with scope to include practical and performance elements
  • Equivalent to half an A-level and carries 70 UCAS points for A*
  • Skills Based Teaching: Communication, Time Management, Research, Referencing and Presentation Skills
  • Students have to complete a production log, a written report and give a presentation on their project
 
Any interested students must attend the EPQ launch event
