The Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship provides full-time 6-9 month salaried fellowships for recent college and graduate school alumni to work on international peace and security issues with participating public-interest organizations in Washington, DC. Spring deadline: October 1, Fall deadline: January 7
The Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans offers merit-based graduate school fellowships of up to $90,000 for immigrants and children of immigrants under age 30. Fellows study in any discipline at U.S. universities.

The Alfa Fellowship Program is an 11-month, fully-funded professional development opportunity in Russia for emerging American, British and German leaders in business, media, law, policy and related fields. In addition to work experience, the program includes language training, seminars and travel.
