This will be a pretty special show in our intimate back room. RM Hubbert is an exemplary guitarist, sometimes singer and long-time mainstay of the diy Scottish music scene. He regularly collaborates with Arab Strap's Aidan Moffat and together they released the critically acclaimed 2018 album Here Lies The Body; a beautiful study in sex and death, centred around the beginning and consequent ending of an affair. Hubby writes music about love, death, friendship, mental illness and occasionally a dog called D Bone. It's not as depressing as the previous sentence suggests.
Dressed Like Wolves write excellent songs, they draw you in with a quiet intensity - before smashing you up with measured rage.
