by Christie Adamson, COO Humility Homes and Services
The first week of October--We helped eight people move into the shelter in one day.
Our team also housed a sweet 3 year-old girl and her parents who’d been sleeping in their car.
We encountered a kind soul at a gas station asking for food and referred him to our services.
And we made sure someone else who was sleeping outside knew they were seen, heard and loved.
It was a long, exhausting, fulfilling week--full of hope. October will be a good month!
Thank you for supporting us to do what we do!
