And FRESH, FRESH Greens!
Thank you for your interest in supporting our work!
View this email in your browser
Organic greens and other semi-fresh produce at grocery stores are expensive in the wintertime.
But our food lasts longer
(our winter spinach, for example, keeps in the refrigerator 2-4 weeks). It's not rotting its second day in your crisper.
And we provide recipes as well as storage tips so that no produce goes to waste. Even if you go away for the holidays for a week! :)
Our forecast for the 14 deliveries:
In the next few weeks, you'll be receiving a collection of emails we've written with themes we're using to reveal who we are and what we do.
Basically we will demonstrate as honestly as farmers can via email:
HOW WE GROW FOOD THROUGH JANUARY
&
THE TYPE OF agriCULTURE YOU PROPEL
BY COMMITTING TO OUR WINTER CSA PROGRAM

this initial heaping plate of an email
