One of the frameworks that we're starting to embrace at Buffer is the concept of "growth loops are the new funnels." The idea is that these replicable loops are the power behind the longest-lasting, sustainably-growing SaaS businesses, and if you can figure this stuff out (and quantify it), you'll be in great shape.
