New Online Submission System for Forms

Hello SPAT Volunteers! Just to keep everyone in the 'loop', now that registration has opened for the 7th Annual Greenport Shellabration, I've had a couple of questions about SPAT Volunteers helping out with the forms for restaurants and merchants alike.

We're working on an online submission system for the restaurants and merchants, which would greatly affect our need to use our SPAT volunteers as 'pairing ambassadors'. With that in mind, we're asking that SPAT members do not approach restaurants just yet.

This year we're exploring if it would be helpful to have 'ambassadors' at the restaurants during Shellabration to help out. We will let you know if this becomes an option, and what it would entail. We will be contacting all the restaurants with an initial email as soon as all of the online forms are ready.

We will keep everyone posted. Thank you for your continued support! ~Darci
