INSPIRING BOOK FINDS
In August, we were in Morro Bay where I was judging the Pastel Society of the West Coast's annual exhibition, I found a copy of this 1946 edition of Cezanne’s Compositions in the Art Center's library. Since I have been exploring abstraction and line in my own work, it seemed like a wonderful book to study. A couple days later in Santa Barbara, I was lucky enough to find my own copy in a bookstore and I snapped it up! It's a great book and I would recommend it highly.
