The SAODN in Joburg has had a quiet year. We have put our heads together to try and understand what the community wants and needs. We would therefore like to invite a 3-month period of experimentation between now and the end of the year and invite you to participate in this experiment.
The big idea:
Establishing learning circles of +/- 6 members per cell to learn and grown together, tackling current challenges, topics of interest and growth opportunities.
Who:
Circles will be hosted by a Seasoned OD professional, with the rest of the group made up of geographical location or topical interest.
And Then:
The group will organise to meet once a month to learn and grow together. You can choose to meet in person or online. You can decide your own rules of engagement. We ask groups to feed back learning via facebook / linked in / twitter #SAODN_Jozi so we can get a sense of the learning taking place.

Suggested guidelines will follow with the introduction of circles to each other.
