Come learn how to make homemade yogurt! Yogurt is a great source of protein, calcium, vitamins, and most importantly – probiotics that keep you healthy! Making your own yogurt at home allows you to control the taste, texture, and the amount of sugar in your yogurt.

The Field School 2018-2019 application is now open!

The ARC&D 2018-19 Field School will begin again in November. The Field School is a beginning farmer training program that provides students with an overview of small-scale farming in East Tennessee, taught by 20+ farmers and agricultural professionals.

  • 9 classes of Business Planning, Finances & Marketing for Beginning Farmers
  • Write your business plan and get on track for a successful ag business
  • Sessions taught by over 20 experienced farmers and ag professionals

  • Winter Business Intensive Tuition: $125
  • Payment Plans & Scholarships for Veteran Farmers Available
