What to know and where to go in Detroit
View this email in your browser
Welcome to the weekend! Before we go on, of course, I have to point you to our City 5 list of things to do around town.

Maybe I'm biased because I live nearby, but Light Up Livernois looks to be a great way to check out one of Detroit's neat neighborhoods.

Also, thanks to everyone I saw at TedXDetroit. It's so great to meet folks who listen to the podcast or read the email. By the way, we don't do this all the time, but would you mind telling someone about what we're doing if you like it? Word of mouth is the best way to get out the word.

BTW, in our episode on Wednesday, Shianne shared some of her favorite storytellers from the event.

Hope you enjoy the weekend. That cool Star Wars fashion exhibit is about to wrap up at the DIA, so it's on my list to check it out. It is literally the last weekend. More info on that here.

Alright... on to the stories. Have a great weekend.
