Monthly Meeting is October 6th
Our October Saturday meeting is this Saturday, October 6th. Those of us who made some fall and Hallowe'en themed items are excited to have them sent to the hospitals next week. And, of course, we have plenty of other wonderful items ready for delivery, including items from both our satellite groups and our volunteers far and wide.
If you've never been to a Saturday meeting, try to join us at least once to see how we count and package items for delivery.

Online Fundraiser
You can still shop our online thirty-one fundraiser until October 30th. Christmas items are now available in addition to the regular selection of travel and thermal bags, purses, totes, home accessories and jewelry. Most of these items can also be personalized.

TPHCCA Silent Auction
Thank you to Gloria, Kathy and Rachel for making the drive to Houston and representing us at the TPHCCA conference. We had lots of items from our volunteers, St. Phillips Stitchers and some of the TPHCCA members. After some high-spirited last minute bidding, we received a check for $1078. Next year's conference will be back in Dallas.

Thank you! North Texas Giving Day was another big success for Love Thy Neighbor thanks to volunteers and supporters of all four programs. Our preliminary total raised is $21,215. As our president, Traci Long stated, "we love what we do within our community and your generosity and support makes it easier. LTN is 100% volunteer based and funds raised go directly into our programs -- feel good about your gift knowing others are smiling."
