As New Music Scotland is a co-operative, this is an important opportunity for members to help shape the future direction of the organisation.

This will be followed by an opportunity to socialise in Curlers (on Byres Road) immediately afterwards; please do come along if you can, as this will provide a further networking opportunity with fellow members.

May I please remind you that should you wish to make use of your proxy vote (if you cannot be there in person), you must notify us in writing in advance of the 8th of October:

As part of our AGM, there will be a discussion surrounding the importance of clear governance and the role of future planning by the board of New Music Scotland; we would therefore invite you to consider the following questions in advance:

 - What makes a good board of directors for New Music Scotland and what is their role?

 - Are there individuals/skills required that might support the activities and decisions of the board and our future planning as an organisation?

I will look forward to seeing you on the 8th of October and please do get in touch if you have any questions at this stage.

Best Wishes,

Oliver Searle.
