Hey. Just a couple thoughts. Please take advantage of our beginer class on Wednesdays with Sensei Chris.
Even if you've been doing it for a while, basics never get old.
I still use the same throw I learned 44 years age.
Our Kids class is growing. What a great deal only $50 / month.
This is NO GI week.
Exception: The next few weeks on Monday will be GI. So to confirm. tonight at Judo is GI.
