WINE TASTING 2. SANS SULFITES
EVENT WITH VINCEREMOS ON THURSDAY OCTOBER 4TH

Our second wine tasting evening - as we bed in our new drinking lounge - is on Thursday October 4th. The last one proved popular, including a few Waiting Room tasting plates. This month's theme is 'Sans Sulfites' featuring wines that don't feature Sulphites... with some understanding of what that means. Less brutal hangovers perhaps? Plus more homemade Waiting Room bread between bottles.

Hand-in-hand - by-the-way - with our new bar next door, we have updated our restaurant wine list. It is shorter and more carefully paired with our menu. More wines are available from The Other Room (our bar) if something special takes your fancy.

Sold Out Shows.
Quite a few of our Sunday night shows are selling out quickly. This week's Scarred for Life and Paul Smith on October 28th both sold out in a day. Emily Barker is sold out, and Say Sue Me on October 14th, and our Secret Show will both sell out soon, (we can't publish that one on line but will tell you in person). But fear not! More new shows added, including; Martin and Eliza Carthy, Bush Gothic, and Mary Lattimore.

EVENTS
SAY SUE ME will be a brilliant night by the way - a surf-rock buzz-band from Korea, who really are making waves. Our secret show will also be incredible - (and would have sold out immediately if we could announce who it is!)
Civil Insolencies on October 7th will also be special - a real work of art by celebrated Tees poet Bob Beagrie, working with musicians and sound artists including Peg Powler, who will also play a supporting folk set of their own music. Civil Insolencies is an epic poem telling of the bloody battles fought in Guisborough and Yarm during the British Civil Wars, in 1643
