"When you find that you are empty, go where you are nurtured. And when you are full again, go where you can nurture others."
With the fall equinox, this last weekend marked the end of one season and the beginning of another. Even though we tend to think of summer as a time for our 'selves': with vacations, travel, bbq's, festivals and enjoying the outdoors...by the time the season finally comes to a close we can at times feel a bit worn down. Summer can be a time to indulge and enjoy ourselves, but the busyness of summer can have us feeling a bit worn down: trying to fit in as much as we can, because we think we need all of it. If you have kids, the end of summer can be even more taxing as you get them ready for school and all that entails: back-to-school shopping, getting them and even yourself back into 'school-year' routines, and everything else associated with that. So find some time for yourself now at the beginning of autumn; to nurture yourself, before you get swept up in fall and all it's colors.
Come by and unroll your mat and enjoy the new space, especially if you haven't had a chance to see it yet. Things to look forward to this fall:
