HVAC Project Continues
Two of the old condenser units and their air handler were removed Tuesday, September 25th. We hope the new concrete pads are formed and poured later this week, with the new units arriving next week. With two units gone, the building may be warm to some patrons, dress in layers when visiting the library.
Annual Food for Fines
Food for Fines runs November 5-17 Area libraries are forgiving fines when patrons bring in non-perishable, packaged food to the library. A $1 is waived for every item you contribute to Food for Fines. The collected food goes to area food pantries. Participating libraries are Peru, La Salle, Oglesby, Mendota, Spring Valley, Putnam County, Princeton and IVCC's Jacobs Library.
