Mental Health First Aid for the Suicidal Person Course
Mental Health First Aid for the Suicidal Person course prepares you to respond confidently to a person who may be thinking about suicide.
This course complements the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course.
After doing this course most people say they feel more confident in providing support to someone who is thinking about suicide.

Where to get help How to make a safety plan
You will also get a booklet where you can further practice these skills during the course.
