P/N 30112 Nickle-Plated Spindle Headstock – NEW

This new spindle is the same size as our standard spindle headstock, but it has been coated with an electroless nickel plating to aid in rust prevention and to increase the surface hardness of the spindle for durability. Vertical Milling Columns for Your Lathe

A vertical milling column is the quickest way to add milling and drilling capability to your Sherline lathe. For the 4000/4100 series lathes with plain handwheels, the P/N 3050/3053 column is the appropriate choice. If you have a 4400/4410 or 4500/4530 series lathe with adjustable zero handwheels, you will probably want the 3480/3485 vertical milling column with the zero adjustable handwheel. Spindle Handwheel and Collet Drawbar Modification

Jim Harrison added two holes to his drawbar knob, which allows him to use one of his Tommy bars to tighten and loosen his WW collet drawbar.
