Class Theme - Back Care
October 1 to October 6 


Do you need to relieve tension and stress from your body? Strengthen your back? Then this week is for you.

Hatha class: You'll get a healthy dose of chest and hip openers this week to energize and relax. Strengthen your back and relieve head and neck tension. So nourishing for the back and hips...

Yin class: You'll release head, neck and shoulder tension with this soothing quiet practice for your spine and hips. From supported fish to sleeping frog, there's something for everyone on the Yin menu.

OMWork: Try this yin yoga video at home this week and focus on your posture awareness this week. I will show you a few things you can do to help treat your "tech-neck" this week.
