DUT SCOOPS TWO AWARDS AT THE PRESTIGIOUS NRF AWARDS
The Durban University of Technology (DUT) continues to be at the forefront of research capacity development, which is in line with its Strategic Plan’s Strategic Focus Area 2: Building research and innovation for development.
This was affirmed as DUT received the National Research Foundation (NRF) Excelleration Award.
DUT SILENT PROTEST TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT GENDER BASED VIOLENCE
The Durban University of Technology’s HIV and AIDS Centre will be hosting the 4th annual Silent Protest on Wednesday, 03 October 2018 at DUT’s Ritson Campus in Durban.
The DUT Silent Protest is expected to be graced by the presence of Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Training, Mr Buti Manamela, eThekwini Municipality Mayor, Cllr Zandile Gumede, KwaZulu-Natal Health MEC, Dr Sibongiseni Dhlomo, DUT Vice-Chancellor and Principal, Professor Thandwa Mthembu and other prominent government leaders.
ENACTUS DUT READY FOR THE ENACTUS WORLD CUP IN USA
With team spirit still high following winning the Enactus South African championship at Sandton Convention Centre in July 2018, Enactus DUT promises to give its best shot during the 2018 Enactus World Cup in the United States of America.
