CURRENT OCTOBER MEETING SCHEDULE (Please note that additional meetings may be scheduled):

October 9, 2018 - Township Board of Trustees Meeting - 7 PM

October 16, 2018 - Downtown Development Authority Meeting - 12 PM

October 22, 2018 - Parks and Recreation Committee - 6 PM * Please note: Beginning in April, the Park Tours begin at 6:00 PM followed by a 7:00 PM meeting (Park Tour at Wise Road Properties ) 

October 24, 2018 - Library Advisory Board Meeting - 7 PM

All meetings are at Commerce Township Hall, with the exception of the Library Board Meeting. That meeting is at the library. Meeting agendas will be sent out just prior to each meeting.

Announcements

• Join us for the annual Commerce Township Fire Department Open House – Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 12 noon to 3:00 PM. The open house will be at Commerce Township Fire Station 4: 2401 Glengary Rd, Commerce Charter Twp, MI 48382
•  Oakland County Health Division will offer three community flu vaccine clinics throughout October. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of these local clinics and receive a flu shot. CLICK HERE for more information.
• Time is Running Out to Register to Vote for the November General Election! If you are not a registered voter and want to vote in the November 6, 2018 Election, you have until  Tuesday, October 9, 2018 to register. Michigan residents can register by mail or in person at their county or local clerk’s office (COMMERCE TOWNSHIP HALL). Voter registration can also be done at any Secretary of State branch office. For more information or to view your ballot ahead of time, visit Michigan.gov/vote.
• NOTE TO COMMERCE VOTERS OF PRECINCTS 1, 10, & 11: Please note that your precinct and/or polling place may have changed. Please go to MI.gov/vote to verify your polling place before the November 6, 2018 general election. Again, this only applies to precincts 1, 10, and 11.
