Hello!
Welcome to our October newsletter!
A big thank-you to everyone who helped out at our recent tidy-up of Oban Passage. It was great to have so much support and see what could get done in a couple of hours. Watch this space for details of the next clean-up, and get in touch with us if you want to suggest an area that needs attention. More photos are on our facebook page.
Our next date is our AGM (6.30pm) followed immediately by our usual monthly meeting (about 7pm) on Tuesday, 2nd October, at St Charles Church Hall, 1 Kelvinside Gardens, G20 6BG. As usual, the meeting is open to all residents.
One other item of news – you may have seen that a new planning application for the old Curves site on Fergus Drive has been lodged. Details of the application are on the City Council website: closing date for comments is Tuesday 9th October. A group of concerned residents is due to gather at the corner of Fergus Drive & Queen Margaret Drive this Saturday, 29th September, from 12 noon to 3pm, to share information about the proposed development. Catch them on Saturday if you have questions, or have a look on the Muchtoobig facebook page.
Please feel free to forward this email to anyone you think might be interested. You can unsubscribe from our list at any time: see link at the bottom of the page.
Thank you for reading. Please get in touch with your comments and suggestions!
Best wishes
