Our late fall share is full of holistically grown, organic food: carrots, beets, radishes, potatoes, fresh greens, aromatic herbs, grains, garlic, onions, cabbage, winter squash & much more!
We also have incredible preserves & prepared foods available for CSA: tomato sauce, pickles, sauerkraut & kimichi, strawberry & elderberry spreads, veggie burgers, hot sauce, soups, etc. all grown & produced by our farmers.
Meat share members can choose from our pasture-raised, organic pork, chicken, grass-fed lamb, beef & goat, as well as our own bone broth, chicken stock & cooking lard.
If you've never tried a CSA, our late fall share is a short season (8 weeks) & is at a great time of year to be in the kitchen with local food!
