Trustee Lydia MacKinnon came up with a great idea yesterday - mobility scooter races. If you use a mobility scooter, let me know if you are interested. We've ruled out mobility scooter jousting... We didn't think that one would meet Health & Safety legislation expectations.

On Friday 19 October at 11 am we are holding a showing of the Oral History project videos featuring Win Collins, Betty McKenzie, Bep Wolt, Vera McGuigan, Joe Miller, Ruth Palmer, and Les Salter, at Hollywood Cinemas. Entry is by donation/ koha to cover the cinema's costs. Let me know if you are coming so we can let the cinema know.

This newsletter turned out longer than expected - that's not necessarily a bad thing. We're doing some cool stuff, especially around sustainability. Our recent Food Forest open day was very successful - big thanks to Niki Jones for all his hard work, and thank you Robin, Susan, Kathryn and the team from the Food Forest for everything you do.

That's all for now, folks,
Eddie Hayes
