The countdown is on with only 1 month to go until you can get a little Taste of Jerusalem. Chef Yossi Elad from the famed Machneyuda Jerusalem and The Palomar London takes over the Mandarin Gallery Wild Honey kitchen for 6 days only with a colorful and lively All Day Menu featuring foods inspired by the markets of Jerusalem.
And with reservations already booked out on some days, we are buzzing with excitement and can’t wait to share Yossi’s food with you all.
With 9 must-try dishes including Yossi’s very own Shakshukit (one of the most popular dishes on The Palomar menu), a duo of Shakshuka with handmade Moroccan bread, a modern take on the boureka with eggplant & feta and tahini this is food that sings with color and flavour.
And if that’s not enough to get you excited every diner ordering from Yossi’s menu will receive Yossi’s selection of dips with handmade pita to get things started.
Wild Honey Mandarin Gallery will transform into a market-like atmosphere with a live pita & falafel station, global beats with new Israeli music spun by a DJ master, a pop up bar by Seedlip featuring bespoke cocktails specially created for the event & plenty of Arak are among some of the things happening during the first weekend of the event.

Yossi’s cooking comes from the heart. He loves people and believes that the people he cooks for are as important as the food he cooks. His philosophy is very simple: cook the food you know and love.
