#1. Seerah Course Returns Tomorrow on Friday

Shaykh Abu Umar Abdulazeez will be back to deliver the next part in the course.

The next part of the Seerah Course will focus on what came after the Battle of Uhud and the important events that follow.

Here is the schedule:

• Saturday (Oct. 19) – Seerah Course from 5:00 until 10:00 PM
• Sunday (Oct. 20) – Seerah Course from 5:00 until 10:00 PM

The location of the course will be at Masjid ar-Rahmah in the community hall for Friday & Saturday. It will be a classroom setting with desks and chairs set up for brothers and sisters.

It is FREE for the entire community to attend and we encourage you to sign up today.

#2. Healthy Living Series with Dr. Anees Khan

AMA is proud to present a new workshop on healthy living. The free workshop will be delivered by Dr. Anees Khan on the subject of general health issues.

There will be a number of workshops over the upcoming months. Here are the details for the first session:

#3. Oral Health Care & Oral Health Care in Diabetes 

AMA is proud to present a workshop titled 'Oral Health Care & Oral Health in Diabetes'.

It is a free informational workshop with Dr. Abdulhafeez & Dr. Shaan Jamshaid.

This workshop is designed to help shed light on several ways of protecting your oral health, and how to deal with oral health and diabetes.

#4. Emergency First Aid with CPR-C & AED Certification for Women

Are you looking to get your First Aid/AED/CPR certification?

If you are, we will be holding a course on Saturday, November 3. 

The course is 'Standard First Aid, CPR C and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) certification.'

It allows participants to practice and review skills, as well as learn new standards in first aid.

Here are the details: 

Certification Details: First Aid is valid for three years and the AED Certification is valid for one year.

Important: All participants are expected to attend 100% of the course time as per WSIB Regulation No.1101 (No latecomers will be permitted).

Date: Saturday, November 3

Time: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Community hall of Masjid ar-Rahmah (AMA) | 1216 Hunt Club Rd. 

Cost: $75 per person. Advance registration is required.
