Come out Saturday Oct 20! 

I've been meaning to do this trip for, like, 3 or 4 years and this is the year we're making it happen! Basically, there's an old abandoned castle right in the middle of the deepest part of the Hudson River near the historic town of Cold Spring. Who built it? Why is it there? What's it like now? Sure, you can Google all the answers, but Googling won't make your friends jelly when they see the epic exploration video that you'll star in afterwards. And after that last minute Blauvelt trip and accidental Tilden trip, I'm down to check any and all abandoned buildings.
