Mercy Park

 

TDG provided sustainability consulting for senior housing project, Mercy Park.  Our team assisted LDG Consulting with a solar panel solution and selected installation vendor for the 79 unit affordable housing community located in Chamble, Ga.  Check out cool aerial footage for Mercy Park   here ---->

TDG Interns Share their Experience

The Dragon Group interns, Giovanni and Victoria participated on a panel on hiring and managing interns at the Black Burdell Entrepreneurship Conference held at Georgia Tech.  They shared with the audience what it’s like to work for a small business and how entrepreneurs can recruit their own superstar interns!  Great job sharing!!

Sleepless in Seattle
 
Yvonne participated in TDG’s first AMAC conference in Seattle, Washington. The Airport Minority Advisory Council is an organization dedicated to creating community and synergy between Airport leadership, Corporate decision makers and MBE/DBEs.  The conference was packed with insightful panels, great seminars and plenty of mixers to network with colleagues and decision makers. TDG looks forward to next year’s conference in LA.

Randall Mentors at his Alma Mater

Randall took a trip back to his alma mater University of Florida to serve on the University of Florida Green Building Learning Collaborative and mentor students from M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management.  He was so impressed with the students he sponsored 5 students to obtain their LEED accreditation.  TDG puts its money where it mouth is when it comes to helping the next generation of sustainability leaders

All in a Days Work

Randall headed out at the crack of dawn to Denver Intl Airport to do a cost estimate for a client.  His attention to space detail and layout with in the airport allows TDG to submit extremely accurate estimates.  This information will also ensure that the Construction Management Plan is complete and will lead to the Freshen’s launching on time and on budget.

Social Media Challenge

In effort to ramp up our marketing we invited digital marketing guru Mia Martin of Modern Creatif

to conduct a marketing workshop for the TDG team.  She reviewed marketing basics and then gave us tips on how to leverage LinkedIn more. 

  1. Posting on individual LinkedIn pages is more effective than posting on company pages
  2. Post 2-3 times per week on LinkedIn
  3. Post videos and pictures- people are more likely to engage with visual content

Since the workshop we developed our own Social Media Challenge to:

 
  1. Achieve 100% participation in posting on LinkedIn 
  2. Challenge each team member to get the most likes 
  3. Encourage each team member to beat their personal best (no of likes on one post)
