Greetings from Turning Leaf...Autumn is definitely upon us. Life has been busy this season as our days have grown chillier and more colorful. 

THANK YOU to all who stopped by the Turning Leaf exhibitors booth at the Community Mental Health Association of Michigan (CMHAM) Fall Conference in Traverse City in October. We hope you learned more about our programs and had a chance to meet members of our Leadership Team!

Turning Leaf's Footprint Is Growing To Vicksburg, MI!! 

This former Bronson Vicksburg Hospital is expected to be operational by March 2019. The primary focus of this program will be to serve adults with mental illness, developmental disabilities and medical complexities. To learn more about the project, please read the Bronson Press Release. Additionally, the South County News published this article in its August 2018 issue. 

Turning Leaf will begin accepting referrals for this new program in January 2019.

Our CARF survey will be taking place between November 2018 and January 2019. Turning Leaf's statewide programs will be surveyed in the areas of Residential Treatment, Community Integration, Day Treatment and Community Integration.

Rockin' for Rehab, a holiday celebration with live music and dancing! 

This event is sponsored by Turning Leaf and will benefit the Brain Injury Association of Michigan. Live music and dancing with Dr. Fab and the Off the Couch Band. 
New Program Spotlight! 

Woodlea Cottage
Otsego, MI - Allegan County


Turning Leaf is now in Allegan County! As of August 2018, Turning Leaf has assumed operation of a 6-bed specialized residential program (Woodlea Cottage) in Otsego, MI.

This program serves adults with a primary moderate to severe intellectual /developmental disability; with or without concurrent mental illness diagnoses and additional medical complexity.
