Every fall, CHSNE publishes our bilingual newsletter, the Chronicle. This year's Chronicle features articles on the Sojourner Awardees, Providence's lost Chinatown, a Chinese American cyclist from the 1890s, the growing Chinese community of Quincy, and more!

This month is the Boston Asian American Film Festival's 10th anniversary! CHSNE members researching their family histories will be interested in Finding Samuel Lowe, a story of three Chinese-Jamaican siblings from Harlem who discover their heritage by searching for clues about their long-lost Chinese grandfather, Samuel Lowe. Paula Madison's story showcases familial love and devotion that transcends race, space, and time.
