This is a Town Clerk update on voting in the November 6th Election:
*The Voter Registration period closes on Wednesday, October 17. On that last day you can register at the Town Clerk's office 8:30 - 10:30, 2- 4 pm or 7 - 8 pm. Registrations by mail must be received by noon, Oct 17. Call 259-1204 if you are unsure of your current voter registration status.
* Absentee ballots are available now. Stop by or apply for a ballot to mailed to you.
* For State Elections, the Early Voting period is Monday, Oct. 22 - Friday, Nov. 2 during regular Town Clerk hours, { Mon 3:30 - 6 pm, Tues - Fri 8:30 - 10:30 and Th 6 - 8 pm}
*There will be a Special Saturday opportunity to cast your Early Voting ballot on October 27 from 10 am - 2 pm at Town Hall.
