The Intercultural Competence Context Assessment includes the administration of a group context assessment to help organizations better understand their DEI needs, goals, and readiness for initiatives in this area. Participants will also receive 2 individual assessments including administration of the the Intercultural Development Inventory® including individualized development plans and a 45-60 minute meeting* to review your results. The cost is $995 (plus applicable taxes).
We will use your registration information to set up your assessments, communicate with you, and prepare your invoice. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. *IDI results and development plan can only be delivered as part of a debrief session. In-person meetings outside of Edmonton, Alberta may be subject to additional travel expenses.
