Learner's Lab: DIY Sauerkraut with Berkshire Ferments

Saturday, October 13, 11 am

Join Mark Phillips of Berkshire Ferments to learn how to make your own sauerkraut! Discover how you can turn ordinary cabbage into delicious, tangy, preserved dishes. Sauerkrauts can add a new depth of flavor to your sandwich, schnitzels, and hot dogs. Berkshire Ferments is a collective of fermentation enthusiasts dedicated to preserving ancient traditions and building a resilient culture. Their aim is to inspire our communities by educating and celebrating the broad world of fermented foods.
