Harassment Prevention and Campus SaVE Act Training (2017-2018) is an online course with content that meets both the state requirement and a federal requirement for additional training on combatting sexual violence, including sexual assault, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, stalking and bystander intervention
Harassment Prevention training is taken every 2 years in TrojanLearn. When it is time to retake the training, you are automatically assigned the course in TrojanLearn and will be notified by the system.
You have 6 months from the date the training is assigned to complete the training.

When assigned, log in to TrojanLearn and Launch the training. The training will take 2 hours. Once you pass the test at the end, the training will be marked as complete.

USC Management Essentials is a six-month online program for staff managers. It includes four sections: Self-Management, Managing Teams, Employment and Workplace and Communication.
By the end of the program, managers will have an opportunity to:
- Enhance self-awareness to achieve team and organizational goals
- Learn skills to better manage people and to achieve team performance objectives
- Effectively address employment and workplace practices in a diverse work environment
- Build a customer-centric mindset through effective communication
- Understand important USC specific management information
