OMF "Missionary Care and Your Church" Workshop: Saturday, October 27
How can we better support the spread of God's good news to the nations and beyond? By making sure our missionaries are well-supported physically, emotionally, and spiritually, so that they can focus on their calling to tell the good news. David and Doris Nichols, OMF missionaries serving in the Philippines for 26 years, will be helping equip Christians with ways they can better support missionaries. Outdoor Seating Areas - Upkeep & Maintenance
Enjoying our new seating areas outside the gym and behind the MC lobby? So are we! Please kindly remember to close the umbrellas and use the velcro ties to keep the umbrellas from damage and ready for the next group's enjoyment.

Parking Areas Update
We are now able to park on North Loop Road to the RIGHT of our gate closest to the Ministry Center. The city has removed the no parking signs there. Please do not park to the LEFT between Harbor Bay and up to our property. This area has no parking signs. We are also allowed to continue to park on A Street and across the street on the left side. Please be safe and careful regardless where you park! Thank you!



Prayer Requests: For Our Church
  • Sunday services
  • English pastor for San Leandro BACBC
  • TTPS/CCS enrollment and new families to serve
  • TTPS/CCS: May lives be changed for God's glory!
  • TTPS renovation project - pray for God's hand over the project - completed timely and completely. The preschool remains open and mostly unhindered so far!
  • Please pray for individuals who have are enduring health issues, as well as for their families. We pray for God's comfort and healing for the families who have recently lost loved ones. For those undergoing surgeries or awaiting medical care, we pray that all details would proceed smoothly, swiftly, and that God would bring His healing.
  • CCS School trips this week: 8th grade DC trip, 6th grade Northern California trip - health, safety in traveling, time to create meaningful memories, relationships
  • Those attending the "Growing Young" Summit this week; Pastor Toby & Pastor Jonathan Au, travelling with their teams; health, safety, effective, fruitful experience to help our ministries!
 
Prayer Requests: For Our World
  • Pray for those who will be affected by Hurricane Michael (Florida, Georgia), who are still recovering from Hurricane Florence and recent tsunami in Indonesia, earthquake in Haiti, damage from tropical storm, Kong-rey, flooding in Texas; pray for those affected by the wildfires still burning in California. Pray for our first responders to be safe and for strength as they dedicate long hours to rescuing and saving people and property. Pray for organizations like Samaritan's Purse who send people to help and spread God's love.
  • Continue to pray for God's comfort amidst natural and non-natural disasters in our state, country and around the world. Let's not forget that the damage done still affects people living in these areas, and restoration in many cases is a long, arduous process. Pray for healing for victims, patience in the repairs, for fair distribution of resources, and for fruitful, civil discussion about how to prevent these kinds of damages in the future.
  • Our country and government leaders
  • BACBC's Prayer Focus: Coastline Christian Schools - for new staff and new students attending this year; for staff and administration as they prepare for 2020 accreitation renewal; pray for resources and for us to manage these resources wisely.
