ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
The centre's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be on Thursday 25th October 2018 at 7.30pm at the Tanswells Commercial Hotel. Please RSVP to the centre.
It is a great opportunity to meet with old and new parents of children at the centre and listen to reports on the past year.
We are looking for new members to join the ones that have decided to stay.
YOU could join this team of volunteers. If you are interested in joining just let Mandy or Cathy know.

FUNDRAISING
We will be having a Cake Stall at the Kiosk outside Beechworth Gold on Saturday 3 November.
we will be looking for cakes, slices, scones biscuits to sell on the day. Plates will be available next week. All have to be in plastic with the list of ingredients. You can also donate any homemade relish, sauces etc OR plants or excess vegetables. We are also asking for volunteer to man the stall for an hour or so. We will put up a Roster for you to pick a time.
Toy Catalogues:
We will be handing out Toy Catalogues in the coming weeks.
They are great as Christmas presents and stocking fillers.
BCCCC will receive between 10-25 cents per dollar spent, to spend on equipment and toys for the centre.
Parent Survey
Thank you to all families who have filled in our Quality Improvement Survey. If you have not completed yours yet, it's not too late. We appreciate the feedback we have currently received and will take all suggestions on board

Our SUNSMART POLICY is now being enforced.
All children and Educators need a named SunSmart hat e.g., bucket or wide brimmed hat (no baseball/peaked cap), a named drink bottle and appropriate clothing i.e. clothing with short or long sleeves, no singlets or shoe string shoulder straps.
We only have a few spare hats but if all in use, children may have to either play under the shade or remain inside. NO HAT NO PLAY
UV levels are displayed outside the staff room and above the Children's Sign in book
Drink bottles need to go home every night to be washed as mould does grow in the lids
We supply sunscreen however if your child has an allergy please supply their own sun screen
