Two New Biotta Juices!

There are now two new organic Biotta Juices for you to enjoy! Golden Beet Juice Blend with Turmeric and Heirloom Purple Carrot are the newest flavors in Biotta's lineup of organic functional juices.

Golden Beet Juice Blend provides the multiple health benefits of red beet juice with a milder taste, bringing together golden beet juice with apple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, turmeric and black pepper. In addition to the many health benefits of beet, the turmeric provides anti-inflammatory properties and helps digestion, along with the black pepper needed to improve absorption of turmeric.

Heirloom Purple Carrot Juice offers a new twist on Biotta’s original juice. While today most people associate carrots with orange, they started out purple, not becoming orange until the Dutch developed a new strain of carrot in the 17th century in honor of William of Orange. Heirloom Purple Carrot Juice brings back the distinctive color and taste of the original carrots, along with all of the health benefits carrots are known for and even higher amounts of anthocyanins, which support the immune system and provide anti-inflammatory benefits.

Autumn is Harvest Season

Most of the organic vegetables used in Biotta Juices are sourced from the region around the Biotta factory, on the south shore of Lake Constance in Switzerland. This is a region that provides the perfect growing climate. In most cases, these farmers have been partnering with Biotta for generations.

Time is of the essence for the best juice! Immediately after harvesting the vegetables, the farmers deliver them directly to Biotta's plant. Biotta then quickly juices the fresh vegetables, generally within seven days of delivery to maximize taste and quality.

One of the advantages of Biotta Juices is decanting, a method of juicing using centrifugal force, which is gentler than pressing.

Decanting separates the juice from the mash and takes only a couple of minutes, allowing maximum nutrition to be maintained.

In August, Biotta introduced a new, state-of-the-art decanter into its production to further improve the quality of the juices you already love.
