Grandparenting on Purpose! 

Our November network gathering, we are excited to highlight the legacy and equipping of grandparents for the sake of the future generations!   

We will gather at Grace Fellowship in Cherry Valley with Pastor Brian Zuniga and enjoy their hospitality and lunch!

We will have the pleasure of having Larry Fowler, founder of the Legacy Coalition and our own Dr. Steve Williams, from Grace Community Seal Beach who is now serving as Pastor of Seniors share with us. Together they will challenge us and share some tools to help equip the grandparents in our congregation to make the investment in the next generations and yield great returns!

Spanish Churches Gathering a Success! 

On Saturday October 20 more than half-a-dozen of our Spanish-speaking Churches and ministries gathered together in Orange, CA. Celebrating Our Unity was the theme of the celebration. A time of worship and a devotional thought from Guy Johnson preceded the fellowship and food which was shared by nearly one hundred of our church members and leaders from our churches!

Army Chaplain Jonas Winbolt … Joint Base Lewis-McCord, WA

The military does more than go to war overseas. At times, they are deployed to support natural disaster response teams. Jonas and members of his unit were deployed to help the fire fighters during the large fires near Ukiah, California. During that three weeks, Jonas led weekly chapel services and Bible studies for his soldiers. He also found time to be out on the “fire line” digging trench lines and other tasks that eventually brought this fire to an end.

 Focus Retreat Input Needed

This year's Focus Retreat theme will be "Forward!"  The retreats will be about moving our churches forward. A new name is not enough. We need to take the conversation and action forward in each of our churches. Focus retreats with not be heavy seminars but interactives between ministry leaders like you. 

What you like to talk about? We will be contacting leaders like you from your region and asking them to speak into the types of topics and issues relevant to our churches. This feedback will guide the focus sessions. This is your chance to set the agenda.

Church Planting in SoCal 

At our September Network Gathering we had the Executive Director of Assist Church Expansion Nathan Bryant with us. He has a special announcement for our regional leaders--there has been a designated gift for church planting in the SoCal region.  Details are still coming together, but we are glad for the good news!
