Hollywood Beach Theatre
Enjoy an evening at the Hollywood Beach Theatre, including a mural painted across the theatre as a backdrop. Long Term Capital Improvement Planning

With the price tag a new stadia exceeding $1 billion, many Stadium Managers are challenge to understand the cost to keep existing facilities operating for 50 years or more. These complicated structures need regular reinvestment to keep them looking good and running efficiently. Developing a proactive long-term capital improvement plan can assist Stadium Managers determine the scope and cost of this reinvestment. Without such a plan it is easy to defer improvements. However deferment could impact your competitive edge—and eventually all systems and equipment fails and has to be replaced. If you don’t plan ahead, this work is unlikely to match your timetable or budget.
So, how do you develop a proactive long-term capital improvement plan and, in the process, help build a case for making capital improvements? It’s fairly straightforward using the 5 steps below.

It’s never too early to start thinking about what you can donate to the 2019 Silent Auction at Seminar. All proceeds benefit the SMA Foundation, which helps provide students studying in the field with tuition scholarships.
