September was another amazing month for me and my clients. I had the pleasure of meeting (hopefully) California’s next Governor Gavin Newsom. True story: he put his arm around me, squeezed my shoulder and said “Oh, you must be the fitness guru everyone’s been telling me about. You’re doing great work.” Swoon.
As a coach, it’s my greatest pleasure to help my people achieve their goals like hitting a certain body weight, getting over an injury or completing an athletic feat. Now that September is behind us, it’s time to start planning for the holidays. That means extra temptations, travel and challenges to staying on the fit path.
