Hello Everyone,
When people ask me what it's like to participate in a firewalk, I tell them I believe that it is the most immediate form of transformation. I invite you to read the tremendous impact of a past ceremony on Teresa's life:
"I never imagined doing something as extreme as a FIREWALK. Then 3 1/2 years ago, a week before my birthday, I saw the poster and knew that would be my birthday present to myself.
I walked the fire.
And I have continued to walk the fire.
I walked out of a marriage of 35 years that was leaving me in a state of burned-out disappointment.
I walked into the fire my joy and contentment.
I've kept walking and have recognized that my most long-term friend of 41 years is my Soul-Flame.
I'm walking into and igniting professional goals that I've kept smoldering for over a decade.
Participating in the FIREWALK proved to me that my potential is beyond my physicality. As I take the first, the second, or even the tenth step, I can't know what the outcome will be. But I never find out, until I take those steps into and through the FIRE." Teresa Waters, Registered Clinical Counsellor teresawaterscounsellor.com
