Fibromyalgia

Although not strictly a hormonal condition, it is included here because its symptoms can mimic those of oestrogen dominance. The symptoms are so close to the symptoms of oestrogen dominance, or progesterone lack, that it appears to be beyond coincidence.  There have been many reports of women getting rid of all their symptoms by simply using progesterone.

Menstrual Irregularities

Heavy, painful periods and PMS are easily prevented by faithfully adhering to a good diet. That means really good – follow the rules in TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR HEALTH AND ESCAPE THE SICKNESS INDUSTRY and don’t deviate for at least a month to give your body a chance to heal itself. If it doesn’t, it would be wise to consult a qualified natural therapist about possible adrenal insufficiency and/or thyroid function.

Vaginitis

There are many causes of vaginitis: poor diet, bacteria, yeast overgrowth, parasites, nylon undies and pantyhose and tight clothing. Antibiotics bring quick relief, but they do not address the causes, and symptoms recur, leaving the patient with the severe problems antibiotics themselves cause. Loss of intestinal flora creates a perfect environment for vaginitis.

Ovarian Cysts

Several factors need to be identified and corrected; smoking, including passively, must be stopped.  Correcting any thyroid insufficiency is essential, and diet must be improved, as what women eat can be both the cause and the cure for ovarian cysts.  Dr Lee says that adding natural progesterone from day 10 to day 26 of the menstrual cycle will very likely shrink ovarian cysts and cause them to disappear without further treatment.

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

As always, the best approach to any UTI is prevention: drink plenty of pure water, do not turn your intestines into a breeding ground for bacteria by eating junk food and drinking excessive alcohol, and keep your stress level down, as stress can bring on attacks. Ingesting sugar has a profound influence on UTI.  Sugars and grains, which rapidly break down into sugars, will fuel disease-causing bacteria in the intestine and are likely to infect the bladder.
