News from your Network - The QICSS invites you to attend a meeting on November 12, from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm, during which Michelle Gauthier, Special Advisor of the Canadian Research Data Centre Network, will present the initiatives launched by the Network over the last two years, the research perspectives arising as a result, and the main strategies that will be implemented to better support researchers and promote their involvement within the Network. The Research Group on Human Capital invites you to its conference "Recherches à partir de microdonnées: Survol des possibilités au Laboratoire de données de recherche de l'UQAM-INRS du CIQSS" on November 8th at UQAM's École des sciences de la gestion. Registration is free, but mandatory.
R à Québec 2019, an interdisciplinary symposium will bring together researchers, students, practitioners and professionals from academia and governments, as well as from the private sector. The symposium's organizing committee is currently collecting proposals for workshops and conferences.
Statistics Canada's 2018 International Methodology Symposium, " Combine to Conquer: Innovations in the Use of Multiple Sources of Data," will be held at the Sala San Marco Event and Conference Centre in Ottawa from November 6 to 9, 2018.
