October AO Challenge
10/1/2018 5:00:00 There are 24 AO's in the Rock Region. Think you can hit them all in 31 days? During the month of October you'll get a shot during the October AO challenge. Start setting up your plan to hit all the AO's and earn bragging rights along with the coveted major award. Blueprint is hard at work on a cool shirt design to remember your hard work and everybody will want one. All excess funds to be donated to the winner's charity of choice. October Word of the Month
Word of the Month for October is “Fairness.”
In doing my research for Bible Studies and messages I came across this and thought it would be good for our October Focus.
Fairness is how we are to judge and handle situations with respect and uniformity, even when they may be not fair to us. When you think this through, why should I take the unfair cut, we have to realize, God is that way with us! God is not a fair God, and He is certainly not fair with us! That is right, because grace is not fair because we receive an incredible gift we did not earn or deserve. Thus, this is unfair to God, yet He gives it to us anyway! Consider your dealings and season your fairness with grace. This will show the world that what Christ would have me do is to be honest and impartial. If you are claiming Christ as Lord, especially in the public arena, people will see Christ as you behave, solve problems, relate, and interact! Thus, you cannot be selfish or show partiality, nor can you deny justice.
