Talk about fall restoration........
There is absolutely nothing more invigoration than this. Forty-eight degrees, a crisp breeze and the dying moments of an american prairie before the onset of winter. This week, we will be at the ComEd, (boy those guys are great) prairie collecting asters and managing the last standing invasives.
If you have never been able to join us for a work day, this is the one to give it a try. This is the very definition of fall. We will provide snacks, water and instruction. Agnes will be working hand in hand and explaining the progression into fall as everything surrenders to the dying light. We will meet on Sherwood in-between the east and west prairies at 9:00 am CST.
