Meet these great chefs Nov. 9

         

Guest chefs (left to right) Jeff Brandon of Superior Foods, GLCI alumna Brooke Mallory of 3030 Ocean, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Adam McMarlin, Wren, Suttons Bay, will collaborate with culinary students to present the annual Great Lakes Great Chefs dinner Nov. 9.

The evening begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails, champagne, and a raw bar on the Great Lakes Campus catwalk, then moves to Lobdell's Teaching Restaurant at 7 p.m. for five amazing courses and a spectacular view.
